Introducing…
Semi-Private Personal Training at
Peak Health and Wellness

Dear Friend,

Personal Training in South Denver Will NEVER Be the Same Again!

YES! That is a very bold statement, and I’m more than prepared to back it up.

Until now, personal training programs in Denver have been built on a one-on-one personal training model. In other words, one personal trainer works with one client…typically for a one-hour personal training session.

I’m here to tell you that model, for the most part, is OBSOLETE!

One-on-One Personal training boring…
One-on-One Personal training lacks energy…
AND, one-on-one personal training is missing one of the most important factors for weight loss success… SOCIAL SUPPORT.

Now, on the flip side, One-on-One Personal Training DOES PROVIDE very individualized programming and a very detailed level of coaching. Hold that thought…

Right now, boot camps are all the rage in the fitness industry, and rightfully so. Boot Camps, when done right, are extremely efficient and incredibly effective for weight loss and fitness.

Plus, they’re just WAY MORE FUN than training alone.

The only downside I see with boot camps is the loss of individually focused attention and highly customized training that One-on-One Personal Training provides. Up until now, it’s pretty much been one or the other, but that’s all about to change thanks to…

HELLO!
My name is Zack Maxwell, being the son of a teacher and coach, I knew from a young age that my life’s purpose is to make this world a happier and healthier place. My desire for a healthy lifestyle led to Division I football, however, my career was cut short because of many shoulder separations (5 total). During this time two doctor’s recommended surgery on both A.C. joints, but after much self-debate and research, I chose something different.

Instead, I changed my degree from Teaching to Exercise Science hunting for both the reason and solution for my shoulder dysfunction. I soon learned that muscle imbalances were the cause of problem and I was no longer “injury-prone” in my mind!

Today, I still see a countless number of preventable Injuries occur due to incorrect exercise programing and bad form. I now use my expertise to help others “Get Fit, Not Hurt”.

Expect pain reduction, less frustration, more effective and efficient workouts, and much quicker results when you do things the right way, and not the hard way.

So, that’s my story. But, what’s more exciting are the success stories my satisfied clients have! Here are just a few that I thought you’d enjoy…

“I wanted to let you know the appreciation I feel for the past 3 years you have worked with me. Your training has made it possible for me to meet goals that I would not have thought possible as well as goals I had never even considered. I was quite ambivalent about working with a personal trainer but you certainly changed that. I have moved from a post-surgical bariatric patient looking for weight loss and increased muscle to a person who now truly enjoys working his body. I have gone from 45% fat mass to 15% in the time you have coached me! The patience and skill with which you integrate my old shoulder injury, odd dietary requirements, bizarre hormonal imbalances and personality with teaching, encouragement and, of course, training have made it possible for me to see myself in a whole new way. Considering my previous thoughts and feelings about exercise, it is hard to believe that I am looking forward to the sweat and effort of working with you over the coming years. I can’t wait to see how continued training with you will change not just my strength, flexibility, endurance but ways to put those into motion. Moreover, I am eager to see how my ‘self’ will be different”.

“I’m happy to provide a testimonial on the effects of my working out with you. When you first approached me, I wasn’t sure if I needed to work out with a trainer. However, I was having serious issues with my sciatic nerve and getting little relief from physical therapy. I decided to take advantage of the two free evaluations, during which you gave me the floor exercises to do at home as well as the advice to ice that area. The results were no less than miraculous. It was then I decided to invest in myself by purchasing a block of sessions with you to try and improve my overall core strength and fitness. In the four years we’ve worked together my upper body strength and toning is remarkably noticeable. The few leg exercises I do, which don’t irritate my hip joint, have improved my balance and all around strength in that area.

I have worked with Zack for over two years now and the impact on my life has been amazing. I always considered myself an athlete but as I got older I defiantly lost that side of me, excepting that I was just getting older and couldn’t do what I used to be able to. After spending only one day a week with Zack and the occasional Boot camp, I feel like I have the strength and stamina to handle anything. I will be 50 next year and truly feel healthier then when I was 40. I owe a lot to Zack for pushing me and believing that I can do it! He is a great personal trainer and motivator.

“Quite simply, collaborating with Zack Maxwell on my personal fitness and health goals is one of the best decisions I have ever made. With his guidance and inspiration I have not only met and exceeded my goals in less time than anticipated, I have also experienced an overall better quality of life. This increased sense of well-being is characterized by heightened confidence and energy and less stress and anxiety. Zack’s expert knowledge of anatomy, physiology, fitness and nutrition is only surpassed by his innate awareness of his client’s physical, mental and emotional needs, boundaries and abilities. His “natural” abilities allow Zack to tailor his fitness and dietary approach to the individual goals and characteristics of his clients. Throughout my time training with Zack I have never experienced the same workout twice, which has helped me maintain my investment and motivation. Most importantly my collaboration with Zack has given me the tools I need to continue to grow and challenge myself, both physically and mentally, outside of the time I side-by-side with him”.

“Like most good things in my life working with Zack Maxwell started with a synergy of events. My friend Carolyn told me she was working with a personal trainer that she really liked. My husband was planning to have bariatric surgery and it was recommended that he work with a personal trainer after surgery to establish good exercise habits. I suggested he check out Carolyn’s trainer.
He met with Zack and felt they would work well together and six weeks after surgery began his fitness journey. About six weeks into his training I was watching my husband perform the at-home exercises Zack had instructed him to do. I watched in amazement at how his body was moving and thought to myself “whatever he’s getting I want some of that!”
I met with Zack and discussed my on again off again history with exercise (every effort ultimately caused some niggling injury that caused me to stop exercising), my desire to increase balance, coordination and stamina. Ultimately I wanted to feel strong enough to return to nursing in a clinical capacity which would require working 12 hour shifts.
We started meeting weekly for personal training sessions in May of 2012. Each week Zack gave me exercises to perform at home. I was motivated and he was motivated to help me. The first few months were devoted to correcting bad body mechanics and increase core strength. There were some weeks when I had some real soreness. Zach coached me through those times. He was always available if something came up during the week and provided ideas of what to do if I was hurting. I never stopped working out. He would adjust our routine and my home exercises and the soreness went away. By July I was able to hike without the use of a walking stick for balance. As if by “magic” my balance had improved remarkably. By September I was taking 7 mile hikes and Zack told me I was strong enough to be able to participate in Saturday morning boot camp. Boot camp is a blast! In October 2012 I started a new job and I am working 12 hours shifts. I continue to see gains. In April 2013 I bought a dress for a September wedding. I tried it on last week and it was too big. I haven’t seen a big change on the scale (weight loss was not a goal when I started with Zack), but I had to have the dress altered…it was a size to big. Feeling great, getting smaller, knowing that whatever the future holds, I can tackle it have been the results of working with Zack. Hard work on my part and hard work on Zack’s part got me here.

Finally, A South Denver Personal Training Program That Delivers Results at an Affordable Rate
Best of all, our Denver Semi-Private Personal Training program is at a price that won’t break the bank – BIG problem with One-on-One Personal Training programs in Denver.
Let’s run some quick numbers, shall we?
A good, not great, personal trainer in Denver Metro Area is going to run you $70/session. Mind you, that’s generally an entry-level trainer at a quality facility. I can tell you, I was personally charging $75 when I worked in a health club, and now I can command even more.
But, let’s go with the $ 70 trainer for this example…
Most people know that they should train 2-3 times per week with a personal trainer if they want to see results. Well, it doesn’t take a math whiz to realize that’s going to cost $560 – $ 840 per month! And, remember, that’s with an average trainer!! At my old rates we’re talking $ 600 – $ 900 per month!!!
While I know I am worth every damn penny, I recognize the need for a more affordable program because personal training DOES HAVE VALUE – a lot, really. And, there are a lot of people, perhaps you, who would like to get those benefits, but on a more cost friendly budget, right?
CHECK THIS OUT…
Our Semi-Private Personal Training starts as low as $ 200 /month!
Now that’s a hell of a bargain!!
In addition to the incredible value and awesome training that Semi-Private Personal Training program provides, members will also receive:
• Customer Service in a Comfortable Setting
• An Individualized Approach
• A 200% Money Back Guarantee
Yeah, this program has it all…
